Returns & Exchanges

We want your home to glow with holiday cheer; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your festive decor, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Decor

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all lights, ornaments, or tree sections are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
